The construction is amazing! Maybe some chairs or bench seats could be useful when drinking champagne and looking London from above at 72 floor!
The talk by staff. It wasn't crowded. Staff were friendly all around. I had a nice chat with a bar staff and someone else took photos. The cake was delicious and views amazing
This place I would definitely recommend to everybody who likes hight and good view. It is quite windy out there. There is no roof on the top floor. There was no queue so we easily got up without delay. It was a bit complicated to find the entrance, but we did it. It is near the underground station.
The enthusiasm of the tour guides, Zia and Chris, was contagious. Everyone had a great time learning about the Shard its uses, how it came to be buiilt, and the Opening Day Mascot, Romeo. Thank you for a great day, and as Zia and Chris remarked, the toilets are beautifully located..... Cheers, DH & KH Ottawa ON Canada

First time for me and my partner. Was a really good experience being up that high while having a cocktail! Highly recommend it to anyone
The Shark is so wonderful and special! Every view on all sides and on all three levels is wonderful. The most beautiful view is the one to the Thames and the Tower Bright!
Views were incredible, learn more about the shard and how it was built and the daily runnings. See all other interesting landmarks of the city
The champagne and ice cream and also the 360 view of London was amazing My boyfriend was trying his hardest to find all the football stadiums at the top. He reckons he found at least 2 😂 Great for tourists and also first time comers into the area
The ability to get a glass of wine and walk around seeing the beautiful views was a plus! The bartender Jack was so helpful and told us other places to visit during our stay.
The amazing view of all London and the unforgettable cocktail made with rhubarb and raspberry, it was a wow! I spent a very nice time with my family
Liked the ghost story and the surprise at the end. The service from the bar was good and the lifts very smooth indeed. It was a bit cloudy/misty and that limited the view but that isn't the Shard's fault.
It was a great experience starting with my traveling companion! plus the day was sunny and clear. The view from up there allows you to touch the sky with one finger and daydream

The View over Thames! And the guides was excellent!
My personal view is there is too much up-selling. The photo's , there is even an attempt to upgrade the champagne. Which for me cheapens the experience.. All in all we enjoyed the view, but I wouldn't do it again.
We went late Saturday afternoon and it was quiet so we had no problem seeing the amazing views and managed to get lots of photos. We also had champagne at the top which made it more special.
The whole experience was amazing! We arrived early and it was no problem at all to head straight into The Shard. The staff were all extremely kind and friendly, particularly Bryson who genuinely made the best cocktails ever, whilst engaging us in good conversation with a smile on his face!
Uncomplicated handling with tickets, as only confirmation received from the tour operator. Super, thank you! Enjoyed both platforms including information from the guides. Entertaining! It's worth coming here!

The views were incredible and the guides were friendly, knowledgeable and entertaining - there was plenty of time to take in the views without feeling rushed - highly recommend!
Better than I expected, the views were incredible but Chris the London expert was so informative with just enough humour to make it very interesting thank you
St Paul's cathedral, the champagne. However the package suggested free digital photos were included but this was not the case.
The experience was fantastic 👏 a big shout out to Howard the London expert. He made our experience so much better, with his enthusiasm and fantastic knowledge. He was so friendly and passionate and made it a day to remember for us. We even have imparted some of his wisdom, through his stories to others since flying back to Scotland.
Magnificent view of all London at sunset and at night, and the kindness of the staff who came to bring us chairs. This was my second visit and I'll be back.

The attraction was very informative and the wardens were helpful and very accommodating. Loved the ravens! And the crown jewels were A-MAZ-ING! Lots of steps to contend with on site so wear comfortable footwear if you go. Booking online made tickets and entry easier. Would highly recommend

I had no idea of everything that was in the Tower. We would have allotted much more time. Fanscinating. The Yeoman, AJ, was an outstanding guide - mixing humor with the history. You should allot 3 hours for the tour!
It was obvious from minute one that the most entertaining part of the experience of the Tower of London was going to be the Yeoman who led the tour. He knew his stuff and educated as well as made us laugh.
The tickets were easy to buy, download and use. Great experience. The Tower itself was extra crowded due to VE Day celebrations. We paid for the headphones which are definitely NOT worth it. The headphones are not user friendly and do not improve the experience.
10 a.m. visit with a light flow Very nice exhibition Very interesting site I highly recommend However, from noon onwards, monstrous queues !!!! Prefer early mornings
View original review in French
Absolutely loved the Toer of London. Fantastic place to visit, we visited on a bank holiday weekend and as you can imagine it was busy but the queue flowed very quickly. Lots to see and do, coffee shop, gift shop. Audio tours. An excellent attraction with the Crown Jewels to top it off.
Arriving at 8:30am, the tour of the jewels was carried out in excellent conditions; afterwards, the historical explanations on the use of the different places were very well done; the armor room was extra with pieces in very good condition.
View original review in French
Easy scanning of the tickets on the cell phone, smooth processing. You can stay on the grounds as long as you like The only drawback is that nothing depends on the time slot you have booked, you queue as normal and there is a huge queue at the Crown Jewels.

The Shark is so wonderful and special! Every view on all sides and on all three levels is wonderful. The most beautiful view is the one to the Thames and the Tower Bright!
Purchasing tickets was easy. The tower was beautiful. Exhibits were informational. There were a lot of people! So many people that sometimes it was hard to move freely and see exhibits. My only real complaint is that there were so many people, that the wait to see the Crown Jewels was at least an hour. Unfortunately, we were unable to see them , which was the one thing I was most excited about seeing. I was disappointed about that. Overall, a good experience.

Ticket booking and admission were super reliable. You should plan enough time for the Tower; this is actually a day program. The jewels are beautiful and can be viewed in peace despite the crowds. The crowds are hardly anyone's fault, as we were there too. Apart from that, the Tower is a great and really worth seeing site with lots of small exhibitions and attractions. Overall, London is impressive. You can't see all the highlights with peace, quiet and a sense of culture and art, and it's better to pay the entrance fee selectively. We would rather come back and would be happy to be your customers again. Many thanks and best wishes to the funny ravens.

Super convenient to book from home. I would recommend it to anyone. Otherwise the queues can be quite long or you don't even get in. Everything worked great and the tower is really very interesting and worth seeing.

Easy to access and really pleasant staff. The information on the history was informative but relayed in an interesting way. We were lucky enough to see the bridge open under us.
The upper bridge from the North Tower to the Spdturm with the glass panels. The puzzle was super exciting for our children. The way the drawbridge worked was breathtaking.

The views were spectacular and and especially made my son's day as it was his birthday
Previous years there used to be some floral decorations and a piano which made the deck more appealing . It feels a little bland and mandane
The views were brilliant! It was great to just stop and take in the sights. Everyone working at The Shard was welcoming. The icecream was delicious and definitely worth a try. The visit was very well organised.
Arriving for the visit and finding that everything was as contracted, makes everything look with the best joy, the enjoyment of the views was the best.

Ever wanted to stand on top of London? Well, now's your chance! The open-air Skydeck on Level 72 lets you feel the breeze, sunshine, or rain while taking in killer views. Snap photos of landmarks like Tower Bridge, and check out unique art installations that pop up occasionally. The sunset from here is unreal!
